欧盟对玩具产品有着全球最为严苛的安全规定，近年来，其对进口中国玩具质量的指责一直不绝于耳。随着欧洲市场监管措施的加强，提升对商品进出口的检验和认证必不可少。对此，摩尔实验室（MORLAB）将于2012年8月29日在新落成的留仙检测基地举行主题为“欧盟玩具新指令2009/48/EC、EN71-1，2新标准解读”的研讨会。本次研讨会将对欧盟玩具新指令2009/48/EC、协调标准EN71-1，2新标准要求等做出解读和操作指南，届时将与来宾现场共同探讨新指令适用范围、定义的变化；玩具化学性能安全要求；机械、物理和卫生性能部分的变化 ；警告标识和制造商责任和玩具产品认证程序和成员国市场监督等问题。希望藉此机会与企业进行更多的交流与经验分享，协助客户了解欧盟玩具新指令、新标准的要求，应对有害化学物质法规的快速变化。
