随着全球经济一体化的发展，越来越多的产品走上国际市场参与竞争，产品走出国门不仅要有外在的形象，内在的质量，认证标志也是必不可少的，它是消费者放心购物的先决条件之一。各国认证标志不下几十个，又各有不同，逐个申请要花费不菲的人力和物力，对制造商来讲，商机迫在眉睫，当你把所有的程序走完，市场或许早已不是你的了。为了适应和加快全球经济一体化进程，检测和认证市场也趋于区域化甚至全球一体化。检测和认证市场全球一体化的显著特征就是检测结果、甚至是合格评定结果国家之间的相互认可。而IECEE-CB计划则是中国企业走向国际市场的桥梁。
摩尔实验室（MORLAB）将于2012年4月23日在新落成的留仙检测基地举行主题为“IECEE-CB计划”的研讨会。本次研讨会将邀请第三方认证机构MET和TRaC GLOBAL共同参与。TRaC是被许多行业和组织认可的独立第三方认证机构，根据CB计划，TRaC已被国际电工委员会（IEC）任命为国家认证机构（NCB）和认证机构测试实验室（CBTL）。本次论坛内容涵盖CB计划介绍，NRTL介绍，UL和IEC标准介绍，安全测试和电池测试等。本次研讨会旨在协助企业应对在全世界范围内电气安全的快速变化。来宾可以在现场与MORLAB， MET及TRaC资深工程师深入讨论及研究。
It is more important than ever to have a safety mark for your product. Although the competition among products had already gone beyond the exterior looking and internal quality, guarantee of safety is still the baseline. There are more than hundreds different certificate scheme. The IECEE-CB is the most efficient and economical certificate scheme among all of those. It is a certificate scheme for global market access allows you to test locally and go everywhere.
For a better understanding to this scheme, MORLAB sincerely invite you to attend the " IECEE-CB" seminar on 23th April, 2012. we will discuss the CB scheme, NTRL, UL standards, IEC standards, Safety test and Battery test. we also invite Certification BODY, MET and TRaC to join the seminar together. TRaC and MET are independent third party certification bodies recognized by many industries and organizations. they had been appointed as an NCB (National Certification Body) and CBTL (Certification Body Test Laboratory) by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) for Conformity Testing and Certification of Electrical Equipment, under what's more commonly known as the CB scheme. The seminar aim to help our clients coping with the electrical safety. Audiences can discuss face to face with MORLAB, MET and TRaC senior engineers about the issues they care.
